Chronicling Tom Petty’s first eight years as a recording artist, this 12-track collection features seven previously unreleased and five rare recordings, all newly mixed from the original multitracks by Ryan Ulyate.
Highlights include the previously unreleased Heartbreakers tracks “Parade of Loons” and “Sin City,” new mixes of the earliest Mudcrutch recordings “Up in Mississippi Tonight,” “Depot Street,” and “Wild Eyes,” plus never-before-heard gems such as “Unheard of Kind of Hero” and “Satisfy Yourself.”
