Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with any order received from us, for whatever reason, you are entitled to return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
If you do wish to return an order, please notify us by email with the reason for return and we will issue a return authorisation number.
Once you have received the necessary authorisation please return to:

We reserve the right to not process returns sent to us without prior permission.
A full refund will be issued for goods returned in accordance with these conditions as soon as possible after receipt and will be made to the relevant card or other payment method used.
Please ensure the items are packed well and returned by standard Royal Mail postal services. Your reasonable return costs will also be refunded for faulty items. Initial or return postage costs are non-refundable for non-faulty returns.
If shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
For refunds requested prior to despatch, please note any card fees payable will be deducted from any refund amount.
