Our General Shipping, Fulfilment and Stock Policy

We work out our shipping costs based on weight aggregation of your total order and use protective packaging that has been proven to look after your vinyl.

We also work with a variety of postal services and couriers which enables us to provide what we consider to be reasonable rates and service for delivery.

We also have the option to Click & Collect from our Walsall store.

If an item is listed as 'available to order' on our site, this means the item is not currently in stock at our Walsall store, and we will have to order it in from our suppliers before we can dispatch it to you. Any items we order in will usually arrive with us within a few days from ordering, but can occasionally take longer. In this case, we will keep you fully informed throughout.

If an item states 'add to cart' on our site, this means we have a physical copy available at our store to dispatch at the end of the next available working day.

Any pre-order items will be dispatched in time to arrive on or shortly after release date.

If you order a combination of in stock, to order or pre-order items within one order, then we will hold these until all stock is available to despatch. If you prefer not to wait for pre-order items in order to receive other items from your order, then please ensure that you complete separate orders for each delivery you require.

We hold stock of many new and recent releases, but also supply many titles to order. Most of our catalogue items are to order. Despite extra care being taken to ensure all stock levels on our site are up-to-date, this cannot be 100% guaranteed. If an order is placed and we are unable to fulfil this order due to inaccurate stock levels, or the item is no longer available to order from our suppliers, your order and any postage costs will be refunded in full.

Pre-order titles and associated release dates are subject to both change and availability. Should we not be able to supply any pre-order title you will of course be refunded in full.

Any items selected for store collection and not collected within 28 days of notice of availability will be marked as fulfilled on our order management system without further notice. They will of course remain safe for you to collect.
