The Hold Steady's seventh studio album Thrashing Thru The Passion is released via French Kiss Records. The album collects five new songs recorded this year alongside five acclaimed ones released digitally between November 2017 and March 2019. The album is a signature set of snarling electric guitars, chiming piano chords and the clever, deadpan observations of frontman Craig Finn.
