Mini Album Thingy Wingy features 7 exclusive tracks recorded by Anton Newcombe in his Berlin studio (2014–2015), co-produced and mixed by Fabien Leseure. The album includes four Newcombe originals, collaborations with Vladimir Nosal (“Prsi Prsi”) and Tess Parks (“Pish”), plus a cover of The 13th Floor Elevators’ “Dust” featuring Alex Maas. Blending Brian Jonestown Massacre’s classic psychedelic sound with shoegaze and Eastern/world music influences, the album updates their signature style with fresh, experimental elements.
