The Bolshoi’s long-lost fourth album, Country Life, finally sees its first vinyl release. Originally recorded as demos and shelved after the band's 1988 breakup, the tracks were digitally restored from reference cassettes and included in a 2015 box set. This edition features a brand-new acoustic version of “Dolores Jones” by frontman Trevor Tanner. Known for their dark, subversive lyrics and genre-defying sound, The Bolshoi flirted with goth but crafted a style uniquely their own—mixing suburban surrealism with inventive pop-goth energy.
