Ten Years After, originally The Jaybirds and Blues Trip, formed in 1966 and took their name from the decade since Elvis’s debut. Known for their electrifying live shows and Alvin Lee’s "fastest guitar in the west," they gained major success with 1969’s Stonedhenge, which mixed psychedelia, jazz, and blues-metal. The album broke into the UK Top 10 and Billboard 200, earning them a spot at Woodstock. This reissue replicates the original 1969 UK Deram release on high-quality 180g vinyl with a gatefold sleeve.
