Rush’s eighth album, Moving Pictures (1981), blended their progressive roots with radio-friendly rock, marking a career high. Recorded at their famed Le Studio, it set a new standard for the band.
The 40th-anniversary Super Deluxe edition includes the 2015 remaster, a complete unreleased 1981 Toronto concert on 3 CDs and 5 LPs (180-gram, half-speed mastered), a Dolby Atmos Blu-ray with new mixes and videos, plus memorabilia like a book, model car, and drumsticks.
The 3CD Deluxe features the remaster and concert with a booklet of new artwork and liner notes, while the 5LP Deluxe offers the album and concert on audiophile vinyl with the same booklet and notes.
