Party Dozen, a Sydney duo of saxophonist Kirsty Tickle and percussionist/sampler Jonathan Boulet, are known for their explosive live shows blending doom, jazz, hardcore, psychedelic, no-wave, and industrial sounds. Their largely instrumental music features Kirsty’s unique saxophone "singing" and effects. In 2022, they released their third album The Real Work on Temporary Residence Ltd., featuring their first guest, Nick Cave, on the track "Macca The Mutt," while continuing to push their boundary-pushing sound.
