Ozric Tentacles’ fourth album, There Is Nothing, is remastered and released on double 180-gram vinyl for the first time (2015). Originally cassette-only, it marks a leap in sound quality with spacious, psychedelic tapestries blending acid rock, dub, reggae, world music, and jazzy electronics. Highlights include the synth-driven "Sacred Turf" and the original "O-I," later re-recorded for Pungent Effulgent. Joie, Ed, and Tom Brooks’ electronic touches give the album its distinct, expansive sound.
