How to Talk to Girls at Parties is a brand new British-American sci-fi punk movie, directed by John Cameron Mitchell, based on the short story of the same name by Neil Gaiman. The film stars Elle Fanning, Alex Sharp, Nicole Kidman, Ruth Wilson and Matt Lucas. How to Talk to Girls at Parties had it's world premiere at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival on May 21, 2017. It is scheduled to be released in the United Kingdom on May 11, 2018. The movie tells the story of an alien touring the galaxy, breaking away from her group while meeting two young inhabitants of the most dangerous place in the universe: the London suburb of Croydon.
