Mansun, a defining British band of the late ’90s, released four albums—including the experimental Six (1998), which recharted in 2019 after a 21st-anniversary remaster. Signed to Parlophone, they’re now celebrated through Kscope’s reissue series featuring rare unreleased material. Among these is The Dead Flowers Reject, an alternate version of Six recorded simultaneously, once a bootleg and now officially released, hailed by frontman Paul Draper as possibly their best work and closest to their live sound.
