Having built her name in Chicago’s indie scene with The Lamb and I Want the Door to Open on Hardly Art, West left in search of something new, writing Heaven 2 between off-grid life in Taos, time in Iceland, and returns to London. The result is an album shaped by transition, solitude, and the creative power of finally slowing down.
