Kurt Vile’s major label debut is a laid-back yet vibrant showcase of his talents as a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. Co-produced with Rob Schnapf, the album blends meditative guitar tones and self-reflective lyrics, channelling influences like Neil Young and Sonic Youth. A founding member of The War on Drugs, Vile carved his solo path with a signature style that peaked with 2013’s Walkin' on a Pretty Daze and continued through acclaimed collaborations with artists like Steve Gunn and Courtney Barnett.
