Kraftwerk, formed in Düsseldorf in 1970 by Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider, pioneered electronic music from their Kling Klang Studio. Their innovative albums—from Autobahn (1974) to Tour de France (2003)—shaped the digital age and influenced genres like Electro, Hip Hop, Techno, and Synth-Pop. On October 9th, heavyweight coloured vinyl editions of eight iconic albums, including German-language versions of six titles, are released in the UK for the first time.
