A new collaboration from Astralasia's Swordfish and friends, Lost Horizon blends motorik rhythms, spoken word, kosmische atmospheres and krautrock influences across a sprawling double LP set.
The project began with Jochen Oberlack of Bellerophon Records and evolved from an instrumental idea into something inspired by the classic Ash Ra Tempel era, adding vocals from Britt Rönnholm of Us and Them.
Built remotely across different countries, the album features contributions from friends and collaborators, with a bonus double CD of additional tracks, alternative mixes and remixes from artists including Nick Nicely, Schizo Fun Addict and Lost Stoned Pandas.
A long-gestating journey through space, sound and imagination, Lost Horizon is an expansive exploration of modern kosmische psychedelia.
