This new live album features that iconic CBGB’s performance on vinyl and CD for the first time, paired with a high-energy 1993 set from Melbourne’s Big Day Out Festival. Tracks like ‘Ironhead’, ‘Better’, and ‘In the Meantime’ showcase Helmet’s early hits and deep cuts, capturing their rise in the punk scene.
