Choosing the standout moments from Focus is a tough job. Their catalogue runs deep with high-quality progressive music, so narrowing it down is never simple. Hocus Pocus (Best of Focus) does the hard work brilliantly, gathering two records packed with some of the finest material the band released.
You get the essentials here, including Sylvia and Hocus Pocus, alongside House Of The King, Harem Scarem and Anonymus. It works beautifully as a reminder of just how strong Focus were, or as a welcoming way into their world for anyone discovering them for the first time.
