Ella Fitzgerald helped define the live album with consistently outstanding performances. This previously unreleased 1967 concert captures her at a unique moment—touring with Duke Ellington and adding late-60s pop hits to her setlist, two appearing here for the first time. Unearthed from Verve founder Norman Granz’s collection and mixed from high-quality 4-track tapes, the recording features Ella’s swinging trio and Ellington’s peak band, including legends like Johnny Hodges and Paul Gonsalves.
