Melodic synth-metal masters DELAIN return with their new EP Dance with the Devil, releasing November 8, 2024 via Napalm Records. Following their 2023 album Dark Waters—which hit #9 on US Hard Music and German charts—this EP pushes into synth-driven territory with two new tracks, two reworked favorites, nine live performances, and two instrumental bonus tracks. Lead singles “Dance with the Devil” and “The Reaping” blend catchy synth melodies with heavy, emotional themes of anger and societal disillusionment. The EP also features a fresh take on “Sleepwalkers Dream” showcasing Diana Leah’s vocals. Highlights include live versions of fan favorites like “Burning Bridges,” “April Rain,” and “Queen of Shadow.” The digipak edition adds instrumental and alternate versions for an immersive DELAIN experience.
