Christine and the Queens is the moniker of Nantes-born Heloïse Letissier, whose artistic journey began in the Soho drag scene of London in 2010. Her debut album Chaleur Humaine, produced by Ash Workman with Michael Lovett and Gabriel Stebbing, became a five-times platinum success in France and earned her Female Artist of the Year honors. Following rising acclaim through EPs and live performances, including a U.S. tour with Marina and The Diamonds and a guest appearance with Madonna, Chaleur Humaine made its UK debut with reworked English versions of key tracks and features from Perfume Genius and Tunji Ige.
