Bullet For My Valentine return with their eighth album, Social Apocalypse, combining introspective lyrics with the band’s trademark heavy riffs, melodies and anthemic songwriting. Produced by Carl Bown, the album explores fear, uncertainty and the pressures of the modern world.
The title track confronts societal collapse, while ‘I Don’t Trust Tomorrow’ features Lorna Shore’s Will Ramos and is described as the band’s heaviest song yet. Against The Current’s Chrissy Costanza also appears on ‘In The Absence Of You’. Drawing on their past while pushing forward, Social Apocalypse refocuses Bullet For My Valentine’s established sound for a new era.
