Bria, the new project from Orville Peck's band members Bria Salmena and Duncan Hay Jennings, is an intimate EP born out of the uncertainty of 2020. Seeking to reflect her own life, Salmena curated six country covers that resonate with both personal and collective turmoil. Recorded at a hobby farm-turned-studio in Ontario, Cuntry Covers Vol. 1 blends familiar classics with hidden gems, capturing a raw, poignant exploration of loneliness and connection.
