Following their tour and side projects, including Geoff Barrow’s Quakers and Drokk, Beak> returned to the studio drained and disjointed—struggling to recapture their sound. But during one rainy Bristol afternoon, their signature bleak, krautrock-inspired energy resurfaced, now enriched with synthesizers. Recorded live with minimal overdubs, Beak>> marks the band’s revived, raw, and experimental return.
