Room 318 Productions and Laced Records present Akira Yamaoka's haunting score for Return to Silent Hill on a 2LP vinyl release. Curated and specially remastered by Yamaoka, the 29-track collection captures the film's central themes of love, loss, guilt and obsession while reimagining music from Silent Hill 2 for the big screen. Returning as the film's sole composer, Yamaoka worked closely with director Christophe Gans to create a score that blends music with environmental sound, balancing horror with beauty. Featuring new interpretations of fan favourites such as "Chasing Laura" and "Brookhaven Hospital", the soundtrack stands as both a tribute to the series and a compelling cinematic work in its own right.
