Doctor Who – Revenge of the Cybermen is the season 12 finale, originally aired on April 19th, 1975. The score by Carey Blyton was largely unused due to production team dissatisfaction, with much of it left on the cutting room floor. The surviving music comes from Blyton's original domestic tapes, which have been digitally transferred for this release. The album features Blyton’s complete original score, along with additional cues and electronic enhancements added by Peter Howell of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop.
