Three Quarter Skies, the new band led by Slowdive’s Simon Scott, release their debut album Fade In. Co-mixed with Dave Pearce (Flying Saucer Attack), the eight-track album features singles “Crows” and “Leave A Light On” (a Nick Drake cover), alongside reworked tracks from last year’s Universal Flames EP. Born from a turbulent period following the death of Scott’s mother, Fade In channels raw grief and anger into a powerful blend of noise, feedback, and emotion, with songs like “Slight Betrayal,” “Superwoman,” and “In The Night” reflecting its cathartic, unflinching energy.
