Bored At My Grandma's House, the project of 22-year-old Amber Strawbridge, blends indie, shoegaze, and pop. After starting in 2017 with basic home recording, Amber's self-taught production led to the release of her critically acclaimed debut EP Sometimes I Forget You're Human Too, which sold out two pressings without her performing live. Her debut album builds on this success, featuring raw, delicate indie-shoegaze-pop tracks. With support from Radio 1, 6Music, DIY, Clash, Dork, and performances at major festivals like Glastonbury, Amber is poised for mainstream success. Fans of Alvvays, bedroom dreampop, and Slowdive will find much to love.
