Mark Morrison’s debut album Return Of The Mack, released 25 years ago on April 22, 1996, launched the iconic title track that topped UK charts, hit #2 on the US Billboard Hot 100, and went platinum in the US and double-platinum in the UK. The album sold over 3 million copies worldwide, making Morrison the first British artist with five Top 10 hits from a debut album. The song revitalized UK R&B and remains timeless, recently featured in major global ads and reworked by Chris Brown and G-Eazy. This vinyl edition was cut at half speed by Barry Grint.
