Big Big Train release their 16th studio album, Woodcut, a landmark for the award-winning progressive rock band and their first full-length concept album. Created by the international seven-piece, the record tells the story of The Artist, who escapes into a dreamlike, Narnia-esque world after discovering a piece of heartwood. A fully collaborative, band-focused release produced by frontman Alberto Bravin, Woodcut spans 16 tracks across 66 minutes and marks a bold new step forward. The album features a striking black-and-white woodcut cover by Dorset-based artist Robin Mackenzie, commissioned especially for the release.
