Its title, taken from the track "Forever and Ever," reflects the fast, punk-driven energy and bottled-up anger in the lyrics. Best known for their 1980 hit "Turning Japanese," The Vapors split in 1981 after brief success but reunited in 2016, leading to extensive touring and a 2020 comeback album, Together.
