Formed in 1981 by ex-Specials members Terry Hall, Lynval Golding, and Neville Staples, Fun Boy Three embraced a pop sound with their debut single “The Lunatics (Have Taken Over The Asylum),” a UK Top 20 hit still resonant today. They followed with the Bananarama-assisted “T’Ain’t What You Do (It’s The Way That You Do It)” (UK #4) and “The Telephone Always Rings” (Top 20), all featured on their gold-certified, Top 10 debut album The Fun Boy Three (1982). This newly remastered edition is pressed on 180g red vinyl with a spot gloss sleeve and printed inner.
