Martin Bramah, founding guitarist of The Fall and key to their early psychedelic sound, left the band to form Blue Orchids, whose 1982 debut The Greatest Hit (Money Mountain) became an indie classic. Despite years of personal and creative setbacks, Bramah reemerged with a prolific run of albums beginning in 2015, culminating in 2023 with the success of HOUSE Of ALL and three new Blue Orchids releases. Blending psych-garage, lysergic folk, and dark glam, this late-career renaissance showcases Bramah’s enduring vision, with a reissue of Money Mountain and a tour closing out the year.
