This deluxe 3-LP set expands Vince Guaraldi Trio’s landmark Jazz Impressions of Black Orpheus, featuring the Grammy-winning hit “Cast Your Fate to the Wind” and 16 bonus tracks including alternate takes and unreleased music. Remastered with Plangent Processes and Paul Blakemore, it includes new liner notes by jazz writer Andrew Gilbert. Released in 1962, the album helped popularize bossa nova in jazz, inspired by the acclaimed film Black Orpheus, marking a key moment in jazz history.
