Celebrate the timeless voice of Billie Holiday with this limited edition 180-gram blue vinyl reissue of her classic Billie Holiday Sings album—featuring its own unique collector’s sticker. Originally released in 1952 as a 10" LP on Norman Granz’s Clef Records, these were Holiday’s first recordings for the label and showcase her in peak form.
Backed by an intimate, all-star combo including Oscar Peterson on piano and Charlie Shavers on trumpet, Holiday delivers emotionally powerful performances that marked a return to the small-group sound of her early years. This edition also includes the bonus track "If the Moon Turns Green", recorded during the same session but not featured on the original release.
