The Art of Losing is the second album from Welsh multi-instrumentalist The Anchoress (Catherine Anne Davies), following her acclaimed debut Confessions of A Romance Novelist. Written and produced by Davies, it features guests like James Dean Bradfield and Sterling Campbell, with mixing by Dave Eringa and Grammy-winner Mario McNulty. The album explores loss in all its forms, created amid a busy period of collaborations including work with Bernard Butler, Manic Street Preachers, and Simple Minds, as well as a performance at Robert Smith’s Meltdown Festival.
