Tresor is Gwenno Saunders’ third solo album and her second mostly in Cornish. Written before and during the pandemic, it shifts from her previous themes of technology and homeland to focus inward on motherhood, identity, and desire. Inspired by female artists and poets, the album blends psychedelic sounds with found recordings from across Europe, creating a deeply personal yet expansive exploration of self and culture. Tresor offers a poetic, intimate vision of life through the Cornish language, embracing complexity and paradox without easy answers.
