These Frightening Machines, produced by Rob Ellis, is Priddy's most sonically varied album yet. Written as she transitioned from her 20s into her 30s, the record explores themes of identity, connection, illness, and the uncertainties of growing older, balancing moments of anger and despair with hope and longing.
Blending alt-folk and indie textures, the album features guest appearances from Torres and Richard Walters, with multi-instrumentalist Ben Christophers contributing across much of the record.
