Cryptophasia is the third album from Scottish twins Andy and Mike Truscott as Kinbrae. Turning inward from their previous landscape-inspired work, the album explores siblinghood, identity, memory, and mental health through lush ambient textures. Produced with Ben Chatwin, it blends modular and analog synths, brass, field recordings, piano, percussion, and bass into a deeply personal, melancholic soundscape.
