Regimental Sgt. Zippo is Elton John’s long-lost debut album, recorded in 1968 but never released—until now. Originally shelved despite a finalized tracklist, it resurfaced during the Jewel Box project. Following a limited mono release for Record Store Day 2021, it’s now available widely in stereo, newly mixed at Abbey Road. The LP includes full lyrics, and the CD features both stereo and mono versions.
