Originally released in 1970, Cricklewood Green captured Ten Years After at the height of their success following their breakthrough performance at Woodstock. Led by Alvin Lee's electrifying guitar work, the album blends the band's Chicago blues roots with hard rock, boogie, and progressive influences, featuring the hit single "Love Like a Man."
This expanded edition has been newly remastered at Air Mastering, restoring the album's original depth and energy. Disc Two features a newly mixed recording by Charlie Russell of the band's second set at New York's Fillmore East on 27 February 1970, showcasing their formidable live power. The CD edition also includes a selection of rare recordings, highlighted by the previously unheard "Cricklewood Jam" demo, recorded during the original album sessions.
Completing the package are newly written liner notes by Nigel Williamson, featuring interviews with band members, alongside previously unseen photographs and rare memorabilia.
