Hot on the heels of their debut, Scimitar return with Scimitarium II, a swift and powerful follow-up. Formed in 2024 by veterans of Copenhagen’s underground scene—including members of Slaegt, Gam, and Shaam Laerin—the band quickly established themselves with their acclaimed 2025 debut.
Building on that foundation, Scimitarium II pushes further into their fusion of black metal, post-punk, and occult rock. While still steeped in darkness, moments of light heighten the album’s intensity. Driven by Shaam A.’s striking vocals, intricate guitar work, and a relentless rhythm section, the record unfolds with urgency and precision.
