Pungent Stench - Extreme Deformity

The classic death metal EP Pungent Stench is finally available again, now featuring a previously unreleased track and a rare 1988 live recording. Originally tracked in a single day on August 25, 1988, at Birdsong Studio in Worcester, England, Extreme Deformity includes all four original songs, including the long-lost “Rip You Without Care,” missing for over 37 years. Brutal and spontaneous, it captures death metal in its purest, most primitive form. This release also features “Embalmed in Sulphuric Acid,” recorded during an afternoon in Vienna with members of Napalm Death and Extreme Noise Terror in the Pungent Stench rehearsal room.
