Tomorrow Morning, the ninth Eels studio album, marks the final chapter in a trilogy following Hombre Lobo and End Times. Released in 2010, it’s the band’s most uplifting and sonically adventurous work, embracing electronic instruments, tape loops, and found sounds to convey joy and renewal. Departing from the rawness of its predecessors, the album features contributions from longtime band members Koool G Murder and Knuckles, alongside new collaborators including the Amy Davies Choir and the Tomorrow Morning Orchestra. It’s a bold, warm celebration of hope and transformation through an electronic lens.
