Since 2010, A Love from Outer Space (ALFOS), founded by Andrew Weatherall and Sean Johnston, has been a cornerstone of the underground music scene, known for its transformative, slower-paced dancefloor experiences capped at 122 bpm. Originating in North London’s Waiting Room, ALFOS blends kosmische, house, dub, and post-punk, growing from intimate nights to international acclaim with residencies in London and Glasgow. After Weatherall’s passing in 2020, Johnston continued the legacy with livestreams that kept the community connected during the pandemic. This 19-track compilation, mixed by Johnston, celebrates 15 years of ALFOS with exclusive tracks, reflecting its rich history and forward-thinking spirit.
