Music From The Penguin Cafe is the debut studio album by Penguin Cafe Orchestra, recorded from 1974 to 1976 and released in 1976 on Brian Eno’s experimental Obscure label. Known for its unique blend of minimalist, folk, and world music influences, the album features iconic cover art by John Bonis (original) and Emily Young (reissue). Celebrated as a classic, it was included in 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die and was reissued in 2008 with a remaster—the first repress since 1987.
