To mark the album’s 10th anniversary, it has been remastered and reissued with the deep cut “Underneath Us.” Across its 30-minute runtime, Alvvays explores themes of love, death, secrets, and youthful uncertainty through songs like “Adult Diversion,” “Next of Kin,” “The Agency Group,” and “Atop a Cake,” capturing the timeless dilemmas the band themselves were grappling with when recording with Chad VanGaalen in 2013.
