Allah-Las formed in Los Angeles after meeting at a local record store and honing their sound in a California basement between the mountains and the beach. They began performing in 2008 and released their first single, Catamaran / Long Journey, three years later. With crystalline guitars, slo‑mo drums, and a timeless psychedelic vibe, their music captures the mysterious, sun-soaked fringe of California, extending simple songs into expansive, infinite soundscapes.
