The Graveyard and The Ballroom was the band’s first release and set the marker for what they would achieve at the start of their relationship with Factory Records and over the following 40 years.
A reissue of the first ever A Certain Ratio release on Factory (fac16) from Feb 1980, which came out as a cassette and featured 7 vibrant demos and 7 live cuts supporting the Talking Heads. The tracks were produced by Martin Hannett and show A Certain Ratio are the originators of turning post punk all funky.
